Shipping policy
At Yalla our goal is to offer you a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience while ensuring that your orders are delivered to you promptly and efficiently. Please take a look at our shipping policy:
Pre-Made Orders: Kindly allow 5-8 shipping days for us to process and ship your order.
Pre-order Items: Please allow approximately 15-24 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Typically, our pre-order windows close on Fridays for that week's batch. Please note that any pre-order items will be clearly marked as such.
International Orders: Please be advised that we cannot cover any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Regrettably, we cannot provide refunds for international orders due to unpaid customs fees.
Lost Packages: Once your order is in the possession of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we cannot assume liability for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will try how hardest to help you out if an issue like that occurs.
